Xeet — Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 August 2026
Please read these terms before installing or using Xeet. By installing or using the extension, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Xeet.
1. What Xeet is
Xeet is a browser extension that detects token addresses and tickers on X (Twitter) and lets you request a token swap from that page. It is a non-custodial interface to third-party decentralised exchange aggregators — Jupiter on Solana and LI.FI on EVM chains.
Xeet is software, not a broker, exchange, bank, money transmitter, or financial adviser. We do not take custody of assets, do not match orders, do not operate a market, and do not execute trades for you.
2. You control your wallet and your transactions
- Xeet has no access to your private keys or seed phrase and cannot move your assets.
- Every transaction must be signed by you in your own wallet. Your wallet's confirmation is the authorisation.
- You are solely responsible for what you sign. Always verify the amounts and details in your wallet's confirmation screen before approving.
- You are responsible for keeping your wallet, device, and recovery phrase secure.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing in Xeet is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Prices, charts, market data, safety indicators, and any warnings shown are informational only, come from third parties, and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.
You are responsible for your own research and your own trading decisions.
4. Risk
Trading digital assets is high risk. You can lose some or all of the value involved. Risks include, without limitation:
- Total loss. Token values can go to zero, including immediately after purchase.
- Scam and malicious tokens. Anyone can create a token. Some cannot be sold ("honeypots") or are designed to steal value. Xeet surfaces third-party screening signals where available, but screening is not a guarantee and a token shown without warnings may still be malicious.
- Price impact and slippage. Trading into thin liquidity can produce a materially worse price than displayed. Xeet shows warnings and requires an extra confirmation on high-impact trades, but the decision is yours.
- Failed and reverted transactions. A transaction can fail on-chain and still consume network fees.
- Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by us or by anyone.
- Third-party failure. Routers, RPC nodes, data providers, and wallets can be unavailable, delayed, throttled, or wrong.
5. Fees
Xeet charges 0.5% on swaps routed on Solana, collected through the routing provider as part of the transaction. On every other chain Xeet currently charges nothing.
Beyond that you pay the routing provider's own pricing, the network's gas, and whatever spread or price impact the liquidity pool imposes — none of which reaches us. Nothing is charged on a trade that fails.
The same 0.5% may be extended to the other chains later. If it is, it will be collected the same way and shown before you sign, and this page will say so first.
6. Third-party services
Xeet depends on third parties (including Jupiter, LI.FI, Dexscreener, GeckoTerminal, pump.fun, public RPC providers, and your wallet). We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, conduct, fees, or terms. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Links to third-party sites (such as charts or token pages) are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Xeet to break the law, to evade sanctions, for money laundering, to manipulate markets, or to interfere with, reverse engineer, or attack the extension or the services it uses. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations.
You may not use Xeet if you are subject to sanctions or are located in a jurisdiction where using it would be unlawful.
8. No warranty
Xeet is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost assets, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of Xeet — including losses caused by scam tokens, price impact, slippage, failed transactions, third-party outages or errors, or your own transaction approvals.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue Xeet or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
